　　The unit has characteristics of main pump starting in short time, high in vacuum degree and wide in speed range. Its forevacuum pump is used in Germany LEYBOLD imported products, roots pump (mechanical supercharging pump) is used in imported or joint venture products, with air cooling for complete set of equipment. The equipment is equipped with automatic magnetic valve, motor starting phase sequence protector and automatic starting function set according to vacuum relay, so it is safe and reliable.

　　Mechanical supercharging pump: Main pump of the system, with high vacuum limit, no sliding parts in pump cavity, with low noise, and natural cooling form.

　　Vacuum pump： Forevacuum pump of the system, which can be imported or made in china. Imported vacuum pumps are selected products made in Germany or Japan, which have strong dehydration and steam capacity, with oil purifier in the pump, so as to protect the pump oil from being polluted for a long time.

Vacuum butterfly valve: Used to cut off the connection between evacuated container and vacuum system.
